Fixed fee packages - Sole traders/partnerships
Ascot Drummond works with many sole traders and partnerships. We advise you on the benefits of various types of business structure in order to secure you the best tax results.
Sole-traders make all the decisions on managing the business and raise money from personal assets and loans. An annual Self Assessment tax return and record of income and expenditure are required. Sole-traders are self-employed and profits are taxed as income.
In a partnership, two or more people share responsibility for running a
business. Each partner is self-employed and takes a share of profits.
Partners will raise money from their own assets or loans. The partnership
and each of the partners must make an annual Self Assessment tax return
to HMRC. And we can file these online on your behalf.
